In what may or may not be a cleverly devised marketing campaign by Target, a couple has gone viral after recreating their wedding photos in one of the West Virginia megastores.
Morgantown couple Corey and Lauren Rexroad decided to mark their one year anniversary by breaking out their tux and gown and hosting a second shoot one year after they first said “I do.”
As newlyweds who are decorating a home, they spend an unprecedented amount of time at Target and thought it would be the perfect place for the shoot.
The Rexroads said it has been a whirlwind of a week and they have been receiving attention from news outlets all over the world as a result of the creative photos.
“It has been insane, we have been so blessed, by all of the feedback out there. This has taken off, we don’t know how it went this big, but it has been an amazing experience.”
Lauren and Corey also said that the photoshoot would not have been possible without the help of their talented photographer Callie Lindsey who they have done photoshoots with in the past.
